This Plantagenet Lion Magna Carta Pendant is expertly crafted with beautiful Stylish Pewter.  This pendant features a depiction of the early Plantagenet Lion on the front and a Latin inscription on the reverse.   MAGNA CARTA 1215 - One of the greatest legal documents written. The impact of the Magna Carta, signed by King John at Runnymede in 1215, still resonates throughout the world 800 years later!   This pendant features a depiction of the early Plantagenet Lion and has been cast from an original 12th century bronze mount. This lion of the early forebears of King John became the lion symbol of England and democratic rights.
